EON is a power company that is building a new dirty coal power station. When you search for 'EON' in Google, it shows up the company's website, as you might expect. Activists are going to change that.
The problem with their site is that it doesn't tell you how they're accelerating climate change. The 'No New Coal' website does, however, and activists are making sure that people searching for 'EON' end up at nonewcoal.org.uk.
Google counts all the links on the web and uses these to work out which websites to show in the search results. Every time someone uses the word EON to link to nonewcoal.org.uk (like I just did there), this boosts the site up in the rankings.
