The 10:10 campaigns initially aimed to get the UK to cut its carbon emissions by 10% over the course of this year. The success of the campaign has led to other countries taking up the 10:10 challenge, and now we are helping the campaign develop its global website to handle this success.

War Child is a ground-breaking development NGO protecting children in conflict zones who have no-one else to turn to. They needed a website to launch their high-profile album Heroes, and substantial re-working of their main site to make good use of the high-volume of web traffic surrounding the album release. Turnfront designed and built the Heroes website into the existing Drupal system, so that staff could update both from the same control panel, and added new sections to the main site.

Greenpeace were running a campaign to convince Woolworths to stop selling wasteful incandescent lightbulbs. We developed a system that allowed Greenpeace supporters to have details of their local store sent directly to their mobile phones. Across the country, activists were phoning in to their local stores demanding that they stock more energy efficient bulbs!

Caroline Lucas is set to take the Green Party's first parliamentary seat in our home town of Brighton & Hove. Her campaign team needed a website that would allow non-technical staff to quickly update the site regularly with response to news events. The site features a blog, an email newsletter and video content. Turnfront built the site using Drupal, and adapted the design from an existing Green Party template. We remain on hand to offer advice to the campaign team, as they continue to develop the site.
